This will not impact your access to services, you will still be able to fill in the appointment request form, you will still be able to order prescriptions via this website or the prescription request form.
However, to enable Sheffield Medical Centre's Clinical records to be transferred to our system, there will be some disruption to our services:
From Friday 26th June 2026 you may lose access to your online medical record access, until Wednesday 1st July 2026.
We will not receive any electronic documents from the hospital or any test results from the laboratories from Friday 26th June until Wednesday 1st July also.
We will not be able to send electronic prescription after 3.30pm on Tuesday 30th June 2026 until 8am Wednesday 1st July.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
