How To Register

To register with the practice you will need to fill out an application form. Everyone living in the UK has the right to register with a GP.  We are proud to be a safe surgery, https://www.doctorsoftheworld.org.uk/safesurgeries so you do not need proof of address, immigration status, ID or an NHS Number, although it is sometimes helpful if you are able to provide that. You will then be offered a New Patient Medical with our Health Care Assistant in order to review any existing medications. It also provides an important opportunity to ensure that we are fully aware of your present medical requirements, as it may be some time before we receive your medical records.

Overseas Visitors

Please note that overseas visitors are entitled to Free NHS GP services once they register with the practice. Hospital services apart from A&E may attract a charge.
